| MESSAGE FROM FAIR
PRESIDENT, WILLIE SCHATZ:
Welcome, and thanks for coming to the Stanwood Camano Community Fair, better known as the "Best L'il Fair in the West." As our name states, we are a community fair. The definition of community is; gathering of individuals of a town or village, sharing common interests, ideas, and feelings, and to celebrate as in a Fair. As our fair continues to grwow once again our community (just as in the definition) has come together. This year we are rpoud to present the new "Viking Stage." The main attraction at our fair just got bigger with this beautiful new stage that was funded and built, by our community. With community support from sponsorships and several volunteers the Viking Stage will be an even bigger attraction in the years to come. Combine this with our traditional fair exhibits, livestock, arts & crafts, venders, food and a carnival and our little fair continues to be a fun filled family, agricultural and youth event. Our theme this year is, "It's Magical." The way our community and hundreds of volunteers have continued to pull together to create the fair is sincerely, "Magical."

A volunteer is someone who voluntarily offers a service or undertaking
without payment. The Fair would not be existing today if not for
the dedicated people who so willingly and generously offer their
time and skills to make sure the Fair offers a safe and pleasant
event for the entire community.
